We refuse counterfeit stock – even when a competitor undercuts us by half. Cheaper for the customer only until it fails.
Stocked and supported in Uganda
We hold spares and consumables locally so a fault today doesn't mean a shipment from abroad. Parts leave our branches, not a warehouse overseas.
We stand behind every install
If we sized it, sold it or installed it, we own the outcome. Warranty claims and callbacks go through the same team that quoted the job.
